He graduated as a Civil Engineer in 1964 from the prestigious institution of Annamalai University –Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu. In the initial years. He served for the Public Works Department (P.W.D) of Government of Tamil Nadu. His foresightedness has propelled him to venture into the Construction business in the late 60’s. The firm was given the title of MKMS Builders from then on until the unexpected demise of the legendary founder in 1989. From there on the firm is managed and controlled by his son the Managing Partner of MKMS Builders Mr. A. Shajahan Sait– A Civil & Structural Engineer from Annamalai University graduated in the year 1989.
