Driven by foresight and ambition, he ventured into the construction business in the late 60s, founding MKMS Builders. After his unexpected demise in 1989, the firm has been managed by his son, Mr. A. Shajahan Sait, a Civil & Structural Engineer who graduated from Annamalai University in 1989. Under his leadership, MKMS Builders continues to thrive, successfully navigating industry challenges with decades of remarkable operations.
